Analog Way brings demos to Frankfurt and Beijing

Analog Way is to showcase premium media servers and high-end video processing solutions at Prolight + Sound, and also at InfoComm China which will see additional seamless switchers.

Analog Way will be showcasing a new range of premium media servers and high-end video processing solutions at two international trade fairs in the coming weeks. The company will exhibits at Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt from 10-13 April and at InfoComm China in Beijing from 11-13 April.

The demos presented at both events will show how the Analog Way portfolio of video processors and media servers helps create mission-critical high-performance presentations and large-scale digital signage projects. In addition, InfoComm China will see a demonstration of HDBaseT 4-Play support on four seamless switchers from the company’s Midra Series.

Built on Analog Way’s long experience in ruggedised image processing hardware used for fixed installations and live events, the Analog Way Picturall series has been designed to provide a robust, heavy-duty platform and deliver optimised uptimes and durability. This range is based on the 10-year old, rock-solid and field-proven Picturall software engine, with its reliability, easy set-up and flexible control solutions. With resolutions up to 8K, cutting-edge uncompressed playback performance and the ability to drive a large number of 4K@60 projectors or LED processors from a single server unit, the Analog Way media servers are aimed at corporate events, live shows, high-end theatre productions or large-scale digital signage projects around the world.

Ascender 48 – 4K – PL is a high-end 4K seamless switcher dedicated to high-end staging and premium system integration. Like all the products of the LiveCore series, it has been designed for 24/7 heav0 duty operation in mission-critical use and features4K live processing capabilities, true seamless switching on all layers as well as an intuitive web-based user interface.

Ascender 48 – 4K – PL offers 12 inputs, 4 outputs + 1 multiviewer, 48 scalers and 6 true-seamless scaled layers plus a native background layer per output. For large-scale video wall applications that require a large amount of inputs, outputs and layers, several chassis can be synchronised together to create video canvases of up to 192+ MPixels.

At Prolight & Sound, the Ascender 48 – 4K – PL will show its unique live processing capabilities on a LED wall provided by Analog Way partner VisionTools. At InfocommChina, the LED wall will be provided by QSTech.

The Midra series of seamless switchers, which will be presented at InfoComm China only, delivers Analog Way’s uncompromising processing and high-quality manufacturing in a cost-effective, easy to use range of products with outstanding value for money. The introduction of HDBaseT support on QuickMatriX-H, Pulse2 -H, SmartMatriX2 -H and Saphyr-H models further boosts the units’ versatility and offers more flexibility for fixed installations.

The four models on show feature up to ten seamless inputs, including two or four HDBaseT inputs supporting video, embedded audio and Ethernet pass through. The two first HDBaseT inputs also support PoE+. Each new model also features two outputs with mirrored HDMI and HDBaseT connectors.

In addition to HDBaseT support, the four new models continue to offer: advanced video effects for elegant AV presentations; realtime, ultra-low latency image processing; true seamless switching; advanced audio management and a user-friendly drag-and-drop GUI. The Midra series is controllable via standard automation drivers and advanced IT protocols.
