Crystal Displays shows touchscreen transparent LCD display at ISE 2013

Crystal Display Systems is showing what it claims is the world’s largest transparent touchscreen LCD panel at ISE 2013 in Amsterdam.

The Transparent touch showcase is a 70in full HD TFT LCD panel with 4000:1 contrast ratio combined with low power LED backlighting.

This system is also available in 46in, 26in, 22in and 10in sizes.

The 70in showcase has been designed to allow retail and industrial designers greater flexibility of design with the opportunity to place larger items behind the transparent screen whilst also using the full HD resolution for better and crisper content and display images.

CDS is using Samsung industrial panels for the display.
