Is the video conferencing market changing? And, if so, is it changing as fast as the pundits said it would? AV’s latest online research survey seeks to find out.
In the past, almost all videoconferencing was been carried out over closed networks in dedicated meeting rooms. But now that’s changing and the future, we are told, likes in open networks, links to user devices and the increased use of interactive and collaborative tools.
To test the truth of that statement, and to see how fast change is taking place, AV has set up an online survey for both users and suppliers which is looking to evaluate the current state of the market.
