PSCo Technical Distribution has appointed David Wilson as financial director. Wilson will be working as part of the management team to optimise all business activities and facilitate growth, drawing on his experience of working with growing owner-managed businesses.
David Wilson
Prior to joining PSCo, Wilson was director of Audit, Tax and Advisory at RSM Tenon PLC and had led the City office of Vantis PLC, heading up the Business Advisory, Audit and Tax Services business lines.
He was also a business services director at Smith & Williamson, as well as Partner for the Technology group within James Cowper and Managing Partner at BKR Haines Watts.
