Owl Visual celebrates thirty years in the industry

AV distributor Owl Visual is celebrating being in business for 30 years, founded as Owl Video Systems in 1981, they began as a stockist of video technologies, and was appointed as Sanyo’s first AV distributor in the UK.
In 2001, Owl was appointed by Mitsubishi as distributor of its AV range in the UK and in 2004 Mitsubishi presented Owl with the award for European distributor of the year.
Owl was acquired by Midwich in 2008 when it was rebranded again to its current name, Owl Visual.
Owl was delighted to announce last week that the company has just appointed Neil Colgate as general manager. Colgate brings 22 years of industry experience to the company.
