Hitachi has added widescreen and networked versions to its range of short and ultra-short throw projector aimed at corporate and education markets.
The corporate models include the entry level XGA CP-D10 and the network-enabled WXGA CP-DW10N, both featuring direct projection through a free-shaped plastic lens.
Throw distances for an 80in screen for these models are 93cm and 86cm respectively. The CP-AW100N, also network enabled, has a mirror-based projection system that further reduces the throw distance to 82cm.
The range is designed for tabletop operation, ceiling installation or whiteboard usage. The projectors provide shadow-free 80in screen in throw distances from 82cm to 93cm.
Three network-enabled models for the education market, include two direct projection, XGA models- the ED-D10N and the ED-D11N. There is also a mirror-type WXGA ED-AW100N.
The range runs at 2000 lumens in normal mode and 1500 lumens in eco mode from 0.55in 3LCD panel and XGA resolution.
