Gefen adds to connectivity line with KVM extender

The matrix switcher has been upgraded to handle the HDMI v1.3 format with cross-point capability. With HDCP compliance and support for all HDMI v1.3 features, including deep colour, the 4×4 Matrix for HDMI v1.3 connects and distributes any one of four HD sources to any one of four HD TVs. It supports HD resolutions to 1080p plus multi-channel digital audio, including features such as lip sync, DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD.

The DVI-3500HD is a sender/receiver extension system which delivers video in the DVI format with USB peripherals, RS-232 control and analogue audio up to 2km. The DVI-3500HD supports extended resolutions up to 1920 x 1200.
