AVM has been certified as a platinum partner, and will provide ongoing training, customer support and facilities, and maintain a close working partnership with Tandberg on all customer accounts. AVM has also been certified as an accredited service partner. In order to achieve this authorisation, AVM had to undergo an audit measuring its competency and ability to deliver Tandberg-branded services.

Mvision has achieved the designation of certified managed service provider. The distinction is a recognition of mvision’s videoconferencing offerings, including telepresence systems.
