AC-ET hosts Hippotizer demo day

A.C. Entertainment Technologies Video division, the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for Green Hippo products, is holding an open day on Tuesday 28th September to demonstrate the UberPan and other new software components of the Hippotizer media servers range.
There are still places available for the event, which is being held in conjunction with Green Hippo at AC-ET’s Northern sales office in Leeds.
Technical staff from both companies will be on hand to demonstrate the functionality of the Hippotizer.
UberPan is a multi-server screen management component that allows multiple Hippotizers to work together and create a single virtual canvas. Once configured, the ‘herd’ of Hippotizers are seen as one single server, allowing realtime control and live manipulation from Green Hippo’s ZooKeeper control centre.
VideoMapper allows users to position their screen elements randomly as they wish. They can even rotate sections at any angle or break screen sections apart. It takes minutes to design and once done, Hippotizer will automatically distort any standard media so it appears correct on randomly positioned pieces.
In addition, A.C. Video will be showing Christie Projection models and the latest products from Pufferfish.
