Buying Solutions’ framework agreements allow purchasers in the public sector to obtain value for money whilst complying with UK and EU Legislation. The evaluation criteria used in each competition are designed to award framework agreements to suppliers submitting the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), taking into account price, quality, capacity and track record. Using framework agreements saves time and money for public sector customers and ensures that terms and conditions of their contract are robust and comply with best practice. The Telecare framework agreement consists of six Lots covering the provision of Telecare Telehealth and Telecoaching services and products; Questmark have qualified for all six.

The framework agreement will assist the NHS in reducing costs while improving patient care through high-quality, value-for-money products and services.

Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for all UK public services and is part of the Efficiency and Reform Group within the Cabinet Office. Its role is to deliver best value for customers in central government and the wider public sector through the efficient procurement and supply of essential goods and services.
