Impromp2u, the managed services division of Imago, has passed its annual ISO 9001 quality management check-up, after it achieved the qualification last year.
The annual surveillance visit was recently carried out by the Quality Management Systems assessor without any non-conformancies.
Andy Wright, managing director of Impromp2u, said: ‘Imago already held ISO 9001 status and last year we decided to be assessed in our own right and passed, conforming to every standard set.
‘It is testament to the quality of our management systems and processes that we have met the requirements at every quarterly assessment since and passed the annual surveillance visit this summer.’
ISO 9001 aims to help companies become more structured and organised. It helps to improve internal working, win more business, improve communications and staff motivation and reduce errors.
