Audio conferencing provider MeetingZone wins BDO contract

MeetingZone has beat off competition from four suppliers, including the incumbent, to be selected as accountancy organisation BDO’s preferred option.
According to BDO, MeetingZone was selected on the basis of cost, reliability and the ‘flexibility’ of its service.
‘It was important for us that MeetingZone was able to tailor its transparent billing system to align with BDO’s own business structure. This allows us to correctly and accurately allocate conferencing costs to the relevant department and or region,’ said BDO’s head of service and delivery William Swartz.
BDO intend to use MeetingZone’s conferencing and collaboration services to cut business travel and cut CO2 emissions.
