AC-ET’s video division has extended its portfolio with the G-LEC range of transparent LED video products, including the Solaris+ display, due to launch at the Prolight + Sound show today.
Featuring 40mm diameter ‘pixel spheres’ mounted at 120mm centres on flexible rope, the Solaris+ hanging 360° LED video curtain can be used for providing video and graphics effects in entertainment and architectural projects.
Also launching soon is G-LEC’s Chimera LED video system. Featuring LEDs mounted on printed circuit boards, the Chimera is a ‘cut to fit’ product. The system offers designers possibilities for graphics and video using an LED display that can cover large areas or a small space. The 700 sqm Chimera installation at the BMW Museum in Munich is the first venue to use this system.
