Amanda Doyle, principal teacher at Battlefield Primary School in Glasgow who were one of the successful applicants said: ‘Our P.2 class is currently participating in the ‘Leonardo Effect’ project which teaches art and science in an interdisciplinary format.  The children are investigating seeds, plants and insects and it will be invaluable for them to project tiny objects onto a large screen to see every detail.  I have also put my class forward for a ‘Radiowaves’ project where the children will produce videos, blogs and podcasts to showcase to other schools.  The Samsung Presenter’s real motion video capabilities will allow my pupils to add audio sounds and information and video to their blogs and podcasts as they appear on the screen.’

The winning schools are;

Battlefield Primary School
The Mary Erskine & Stewart’s Melville Junior School
Taunton Schoo
