The terminals allow event delegates to browse exhibitors’ literature onscreen, select what is most relevant to them and then email that information to themselves.

At present, delegates who attend events and exhibitions collect a mass of brochures and corporate literature, many of which are lost, damaged, left behind, or thrown away. As a result, exhibitors have no way to guarantee their corporate message, or information about products and services, have been sufficiently promoted. It also results in a lot of wasted paper, as well as the effort and expense of printing, shipping and storage.

However, the EcoXpress allows companies to benefit from financial savings and environmental benefits from not having to print brochures and ship them to trade shows.  It also gives exhibitor an assurance that customers/potential customers have taken away key information they specifically want, allows product specific data capture and captures contact details allowing post-show sales enquiries.
