Christie is pleased to unveil for its French debut at Siel Satis in Paris (Porte de Versailles), its Roadie HD+35K, the world’s brightest projector. Nominated for the Trophes 2009 Siel Satis in the ‘Event’ category, this new addition to the Christie Roadie family of projectors shines with 35,000 centre lumens (32,500 ANSI lumens) and features Christie’s unique, flexible split-body design with separate lamp ballast.
The Christie Roadie HD+35K is the crown jewel in Christie’s expansive three-chip DLP product line with native 2048×1080 HD resolution and 10-bit image processing. It delivers stunning images in their size, brilliance and quality. “There is no comparison in terms of resolution, brightness and performance,” says George Tsintzouras, director of product management, Christie.
True to its name, the Christie Roadie HD+35K is built for the road. It sets up quickly and easily and is tough enough to withstand frequent installs. New to this model is a motorised lens mount. “The Christie Roadie HD+35K features a new motorised lens mount, making it even more installation-friendly,” notes Tsintzouras. “This new addition enables users to focus and adjust the projected image position with a remote control from the floor; a very welcome improvement to our award-winning Christie Roadie projector line.”
