Gordon Innocent, chairman, said, ‘I am very proud that our ethos has remained the same and that our brand name is synonymous with quality friendly technical advice and support, and long may that continue. Our 18 years experience and representing worldwide quality brands has earned us a reputation as “the distributor” that dealers and manufacturers can rely on to deliver what they promise. We have maintained our policy to strictly supply trade only, ensuring our customers can draw on our expertise, even at their customer’s site, confident in the knowledge that we never attempt to compete against them.’

Originally, RGB began distributing Extron interfacing products, from the utility room of Gordon’s home and has since grown to represent 23 products. The stock, which used to lie on shelves in the corridor between the bedrooms in Gordon’s home, now fills two warehouses.

Gordon concludes, ‘I’d like to personally thank our manufacturers, customers and of course our staff at RGB who have supported us during good and challenging times. We have experienced and survived two difficult recessions, but because of everyone’s hard work and commitment, we can look forward to a successful and promising future.’
