Imago has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with IPeak Networks, a developer of performance enhancing technology for videoconferencing. IPeak’s IPQ (Internet Performance & Quality) technology is a flexible, plug-and-play packet protection system that reduces packet loss – the primary cause of poor Internet performance – by protecting videoconference packets, even across highly congested IP lines.
The first IPQ solution to be launched by Imago is the Network Appliance, an in-line device for multi-point network end-points that optimises traffic, improves connectivity, and as a result enhances videoconferencing delivery.
Imago will be working exclusively with IPeak Networks in the UK, France, Belgium, Holland and South Africa.
