Videocall achieve Polycom certification

Videocall has been awarded Platinum Partner Status by Polycom, as the only Polycom Platinum Partner in Western Europe to date, Videocall is now officially recognised for its service and integration of Polycom products. The platinum certification is the highest certification level available.
To achieve platinum certification, partners must meet a set of requirements encompassing converged voice, video and network systems including customer satisfaction, enterprise networking environments, end-user training, and sales and service support.
In addition various industry standard qualifications from organisations such as Cisco and Microsoft are also required.
