Ian Curtis joins Promethean

Based at the company’s UK head office in Blackburn, part of Ian’s role will be to maintain and develop Promethean’s channel partner programme, Activpartner, which supports and rewards resellers selling to the education market. Furthermore, Ian will be responsible for Promethean’s overall marketing strategy in the UK, helping to increase market share and meet the company’s global growth objectives in the educational technology sector.
 
Prior to joining Promethean, Ian worked in the IT and technology sector for over 24 years, most notably with multinational organisation, Hewlett-Packard. Working in both the UK and the US, Ian held senior roles with the technology provider and successfully managed a number of high profile accounts. In light of his achievements with Hewlett-Packard, Ian was promoted to director of software, UK and Ireland.
